To personalize the book for your child, all you need to do is upload your child’s photo and enter their name, age, and gender. This way, the hero of the story comes to life through realistic illustrations that truly reflect your child’s facial features.

For the loved ones you would like to add to the story, we also collect their photo, age, gender, and relationship to the main character. This information helps us shape the character relationships in the story in a more natural and meaningful way.

Based on the theme and setting you choose, realistic character illustrations are brought together with magical environments. Every page is carefully prepared so your child feels like the true hero of the adventure.

Yes. One of the most important features that makes imaginari unique is that your child can take part in the adventure together with their loved ones. With their own faces, too!

You can add up to 2 more people of your choice to the story alongside the main hero, such as a mother, father, sibling, aunt, grandmother, or best friend.

Yes, we can turn almost any theme and setting you imagine into a story together. From magical unicorns to the depths of the ocean, from friendships with dragons to your favorite team, we can build the world you dream of together.

However, we cannot create orders involving copyrighted characters, cartoon heroes, licensed figures, celebrities, violent scenes, or themes that are not suitable for your child’s age. In such cases, we will contact you right away and find a suitable and creative alternative together.

Absolutely. imaginari books are one of the most special and meaningful gifts you can give to your loved ones.

You can make your gift even more personal by adding a note of your choice to the dedication page of the book. By entering different billing and delivery addresses, you can send the book directly to the person you would like to gift it to.

In addition, all of our printed books are delivered in a special gift box.

No. The process used at imaginari is not photo montage or a “deepfake” application.

Your child and the other characters included in the story are designed as realistic illustrations that carry their own facial features. These visuals are not exact photographs; they are high-quality, personalized illustrations created to match the magical atmosphere of the story.

For the best result, the photo should include only one person, and the image should be bright, clear, and high-resolution. Please make sure there are no hats, sunglasses, or accessories covering the face.

During the upload process, the face should be centered inside the circular area on the screen. The character illustrations in the book are designed realistically based on the photos you upload. For this reason, we recommend choosing a photo you truly love, feel happy with, and that best reflects the person.

When uploading photos of people other than yourself, it is assumed that you are acting with the knowledge and consent of the relevant individuals in accordance with KVKK.

Yes. You can have your book prepared in either Turkish or English, depending on your preference.

We know that it is not always easy to find high-quality English books for children in Turkey. For this reason, we offer your child a special book experience in which they take the lead role in the story, while also supporting their foreign language development and giving them a book they will enjoy reading.

imaginari books are prepared through a special process that brings together the latest artificial intelligence technologies and the creative touch of our experienced design team.

Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool we use to create illustrations that carry your child’s facial features and to design the scenes you imagine from scratch. However, the process is not limited to this. Every book is personalized through the careful review and creative direction of our design team.

Data privacy is one of our top priorities. All of our processes are carried out in compliance with KVKK.

The photos you upload are processed in our secure systems only for the purpose of creating the illustrations for your book. 7 days after your book reaches you, your photos are irreversibly deleted from our servers.

During the production process, we may receive support from trusted artificial intelligence visual infrastructure providers as data processors. Only the minimum information required for production is shared with these providers; for example, the photo, the character’s age, and gender.

Your name, email, address, or payment information is not shared with these providers. Your photos and your child’s information are not shared with, sold to, or rented to marketing companies, advertising agencies, or data brokers.

Without your explicit permission, none of your visuals will be used for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes.

The original photos you upload are irreversibly deleted from our servers 7 days after your order has been successfully delivered. This short period allows us to quickly reproduce the book in case of a possible printing or delivery issue.

The digital files of the book created specially for you are securely stored for 1 year so that you can request a reprint or digital copy in the future. At the end of this period, all book files are also permanently deleted. You may contact us at any time to request earlier deletion of your data.

Records that must legally be retained, such as invoice and order information, are kept for the periods required by applicable legislation.

Yes, your payment information is 100% secure. We work with iyzico, one of Turkey’s most trusted payment infrastructures.

Payments are completed with 3D Secure security verification. The credit card information you enter during payment is transmitted directly to iyzico’s secure and encrypted payment systems. Your card information never reaches imaginari servers, is not viewed by us, and is never stored.

The order process is very simple. Upload clear photos of your child and the loved ones you would like to include in the story, enter a few basic details, choose your story theme and book format, and complete your order.

After your order is placed, our design team begins preparing your book. Within approximately 2 days, your 5-page digital preview will be sent to you by email for approval.

After your approval, your book is completed and, depending on your preference, delivered to you either in digital format or as a printed book prepared in a special gift box and shipped to your address.

Your preview is prepared within approximately 2 days after you complete your order and is shared with you by email for approval.

The reason for this timing is that we do not simply place a face onto a fixed template. Each page is created from scratch by our design team with the support of artificial intelligence, carefully and entirely personalized for you, based on the photos you upload, the theme you choose, and the information you provide.

You have 1 revision right for the 5-page digital preview sent to you. After the revision, you can choose between the first version and the updated version and approve the one you prefer so the rest of your book can continue.

After the preview reaches you, you must approve it or request a revision within 2 days. If no action is taken within this period, the system automatically approves your preview and your book production process begins.

No. After reviewing your preview, you may use your 1 revision right if you wish.

Once the revision is completed, both the first version and the updated version are shared with you. When you approve the preview you prefer between these two options, you approve the continuation of the book design process.

With this approval, the production process for your book begins. After this stage, it is not possible to make changes to the story, design, or visuals.

The delivery period begins after your digital preview approval.

Digital books are delivered in approximately 5 business days. Printed books are delivered in approximately 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping process.

You can easily track the status of your order at any time by logging in with your email and password through the “Order Tracking” button on our website.

We will also keep you informed by email at every stage of your order.

Yes. You need to create an account in order to place an order.

In our printed books, we use first-class glossy coated paper that reflects colors in the best possible way, along with professional digital printing technology.

When you choose the interactive digital book format, a special shareable and downloadable link is shared with you.

Through this link, you can view your book on different devices such as phones, tablets, or computers. Your digital book consists of high-resolution visuals, gives the feeling of reading a real book with page-turning animations, and allows you to turn pages by swiping with your finger.

In accordance with our privacy policy, your digital book link is deleted after a certain period of time. For this reason, we recommend downloading your link within 7 days.

Of course. If you would like to request a printed copy after receiving your digital book, simply contact us by email.

Since your book files are securely stored in our archive, we will help you create a new print order in softcover or bound hardcover format.

Our book is approximately 25 cm x 22 cm.

This size offers an ideal experience for children to enjoy the visuals and for the book to be comfortably read by hand. In addition, the font sizes are arranged according to children’s age groups. This makes it easier to follow the words and supports reading interest and focus on the story.

Yes. You can order more than one printed copy of the same book.

For example, if you would like to gift a copy to the grandparents as well, you can select the number of copies you want at a discounted rate in the print quantity field during your order.

Our prices start from 2,000 TL and may vary depending on the book format you choose, your print preference, and the number of characters added to the story.

In addition to digital, softcover, and bound hardcover options, you can review the packages offering additional character benefits on the order screen and choose the option that is best for you.

There is no shipping fee for the interactive digital book because it is sent by email.

If you choose the Premium package book, a shipping fee of 150 TL is added to your order for all of Turkey. If you choose our most advantageous package, the Platinum package, shipping is free.

All payments are processed through iyzico, one of Turkey’s most trusted payment infrastructures.

You can securely make your payments with all debit and credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted.

imaginari books are prepared completely personally for you, based on the photos you upload and the information you provide. For this reason, they cannot be sold to someone else or treated as stock products.

The sample works on our website reflect our character style and the visual quality standard we offer. Once your order form is approved and your payment is received, the personalized production process begins; therefore, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be made.

However, if your book has a physical printing, cutting, or binding error caused by us, a new print will be prepared free of charge and sent to you.
