Scope of the service
imaginari creates personalized children’s books based on information, story preferences, and eligible images provided by the customer.
Digital preview, revision, print preparation, and delivery steps may vary depending on the order type and selected product.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate names, ages, story details, addresses, contact information, and images during checkout.
The customer confirms that they have the right to use the uploaded images and that those images do not violate third-party rights.
Personalized production
For products made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 15(1)(b) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation; statutory rights concerning defective goods or services remain reserved.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed through iyzico’s secure payment infrastructure; imaginari does not store credit or debit card details.
Physical delivery time may vary based on production load, print preparation, cargo provider, and delivery address.
