The customer confirms that they have the right to use the uploaded images and that those images do not violate third-party rights.

Cancellation, change, and return conditions for personalized products may differ from standard ready-made products after production has started.

Preview and revision requests are reviewed within the order scope and technical feasibility of the production process.

For live sales, payment is processed through a secure payment provider. Production does not start before payment is confirmed.

Physical delivery time may vary based on production load, print preparation, cargo provider, and delivery address.
